Since January 2019, Stephen has been the Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer, where he provides progressive direction over cybersecurity and technology risk. Prior to joining The Home Depot, he was the Chief Information Security Officer at TIAA, a Fortune 80 financial institution. His innovative approach to cybersecurity has led to a patent-pending technology related to malware analysis.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in physical security, personal protection, fraud, cybersecurity and technology risk acquired throughout his career in both the private sector and the United States.
