Hemant Lavania

Hemant Lavania has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hemant began their career as a Faculty/Counsellor at Aptech in August 2000 and worked there until September 2001. Hemant then worked as a Team Leader at Sitel India Pvt Ltd from September 2001 to March 2003. Subsequently, they joined Sutherland as a Sr. Team Leader from October 2003 to December 2004.

In January 2005, Hemant joined Tata Business Support Services where they held various roles over a period of nine years. Hemant started as a Team Manager from January 2005 to October 2006, followed by a promotion to Manager (Operations) from October 2007 to April 2009. Hemant then took on the role of Center Director from October 2010 to November 2011, after which they became a Sr. Manager from November 2011 to September 2013.

Since September 2013, Hemant has been working at cloudmantra as the Chief Operating Officer. The end date for this role is not specified, indicating that they are currently employed there. Hemant also achieved the certification of Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate from Amazon Web Services in February 2017. Most recently, in February 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services.
