Deepika Sontakke

Deepika Sontakke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Consultant at CloudMoyo since February 2017, Deepika specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, while identifying and mitigating associated legal risks. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Associate at QuisLex from September 2013 to January 2017, where Deepika focused on document review across various legal domains. Additionally, Deepika worked as a Junior Advocate at the Yavatmal District & Session Court, assisting in civil, property, and matrimonial cases. Deepika holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh College Of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Amolakchand College of Law, complemented by earlier academic achievements in Arts and Science.
