Jess Moore serves as the Meetings Director for the Women in eDiscovery Houston Chapter since May 2023. With over a decade of experience at CloudNine, Jess has excelled in various roles, including Customer Success Manager, Partner Success Manager, Director of Client Services, Assistant Project Manager, and Executive Administrative Assistant. Key responsibilities have included developing and implementing client lifecycle strategies, mentoring team members, overseeing project accuracy and timeliness, and providing analytical reports on partner success metrics.
