Ian Heystee

Ian Heystee has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Ian began their career in 2012 as a Communications and Marketing Intern for Free The Children, followed by a Fundraising Manager (Loaned Representative) for the United Way of Halifax Region. In 2013, they worked as an Outdoor Film Experience Coordinator for the Atlantic Film Festival. From 2014 to 2020, Ian was employed at Scotiabank, where they held the positions of Business Banking Specialist and Manager Customer Service. In 2020, they joined Cloudpermit as a Sales Development Specialist and HomeStars as a Business Development Specialist.

Ian Heystee obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University from 2010 to 2014. In 2019, they completed the Global China Program at East China Normal University, studying International/Global Studies. Ian also obtained a certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in July 2022, and a certification in Sales Enablement from HubSpot Academy in July 2022.
