John Klecyngier

John Klecyngier has over 8 years of experience in customer success and business development. John is currently the Director of Customer Success at Cloudpermit, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Trimble Transportation between 2022-2023. From 2020-2022, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Brightly, where they helped public sector clients achieve maximum ROI by identifying areas of opportunity and providing consultative support. Between 2017-2020, they worked at GovQA as a Customer Success Manager and Government Sales Executive, where they developed relationships with existing clients and sought out new potential clients. John also worked at IFS North America as a Business Development Specialist in Aerospace & Defense from 2013-2017 and as an Energy Efficiency Specialist at Illinois Energy Windows & Siding from 2009-2013.

John Klecyngier graduated from Hinsdale South High School in 2005 with a diploma in General Education. John then attended the College of DuPage in 2005-2006 to study Criminal Justice and Corrections. Later, they went to the University of London from 2006-2008 to study the same field. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained numerous qualifications such as Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1,2 and 3, State Fire Marshal Certified Pyrotechnic Operator, Blasting and Explosives certification, Federal Explosives Licensee - Type 54, and Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) certification.
