Paula Vahtola has been working in the sales and customer service industry since 2006. Paula began their career as a Sales Specialist for ALSO Group, then moved on to become a Customer Trainer for KiiltoClean in 2010. In 2013, they took on the role of Russian Trade Trainee for EF Education First. In 2014, they became a Sales Representative for Happy Print Oy. In 2015, they were an Area Manager for Canorama Oy. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Sales Manager for Solita, and then moved on to become a Customer Success Manager for Cloudpermit in 2017.

Paula Vahtola earned their Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Slavic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, General from the University of Tampere 1925-2018 between 2000 and 2006.
