Douglas "Mitch" Mitchell, PMP (Retired) has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Douglas "Mitch"​ started their career as an Assistant Vice President at United Pacific Insurance in 1985 and worked there until 1990. After that, they founded their own company, Complete Performance Systems, in 1980, where they provided professional IT consulting and project management services. Within their role at Complete Performance Systems, they worked as a Senior Project Manager through Volt Sourcing for Weyerhaeuser Company. In 2003, Mitchell joined Exult as the Director of Projects and managed the HR Service Center relocation project for Bank of Montreal. Douglas "Mitch"​ then worked at HP as an HP Associate from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Mitchell served as Chief Operations Officer at Lipp Sync Automotive.
