Delaney Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Delaney started their career at GlaxoSmithKline in 1999 as a System Administrator before moving on to Insight software as a Client Support Specialist in 2005. In 2007, they joined Rackspace as a Service Delivery Manager for Enterprise Accounts, where they held various positions such as Service Delivery Team Leader and Senior Service Delivery Manager. In 2018, Delaney joined Cloudreach as the Head of Service Delivery EMEA & North America, and later became the Head of Customer Success/Service Delivery EMEA. Overall, Delaney has extensive experience in customer service, relationship management, and team leadership.

Delaney Gibson attended Mellow Lane from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued a GNVQ degree in International Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications such as Cobit 5 from Global Knowledge in November 2017 and ITIL expert from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in April 2015.
