Poonam Flammarion

Poonam Flammarion has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Poonam is currently working at Cloudreach as the Head of Talent Academy, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Poonam worked as the Professional Development Manager at Cloudreach from January 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Cloudreach, Poonam worked at Micro Focus as a Professional Services Manager from May 2016 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at HP UK, where they held the role of Consulting Manager - Professional Services from August 2011 to April 2016. In this role, they led an international team of Technical Consultants and Project Managers, responsible for delivering digital marketing and big data solutions across EMEA. Poonam also oversaw P&L management, business development, and team growth.

Poonam's earlier career includes positions at HP Autonomy as a Technical Consultant from August 2007 to January 2011, at Sybase as an Associate Consultant from January 2007 to July 2007, and at Picdar as a Software Developer from November 2005 to December 2006.

Poonam Flammarion obtained a MEng degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol between the years 2001 and 2005. Poonam also pursued a Masters in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, although the specific duration of this program is unknown. In addition to their formal education, they hold additional certifications including a Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate obtained in April 2015 from the Stanford Center for Professional Development and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Poonam also received a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in March 2013 from APMG-International.
