Fresty Alice Pinto

Fresty Alice Pinto began their work experience in 2017 as an Intern in Human Resources at Covestro. In 2018, they continued their internship at Covestro, this time in Corporate Communications and CSR, where they conducted a social media campaign, supported STEM workshops, and worked on digital communications and sustainability projects. From 2018 to 2020, Fresty worked as a Management Trainee at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt Ltd. Fresty Alice then joined Accenture in India in 2021 as a Recruiting Associate, where they provided HR services, scheduled interviews, created job postings, and prepared reports and presentations. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cloudreach, an Eviden business since 2022.

Fresty Alice Pinto completed their education in a chronological manner. Fresty Alice initially pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Mumbai from 2014 to 2017. Afterward, they enrolled at the Indo-German Training Centre from 2017 to 2019 to pursue a post-graduate degree in Business Administration and Management.

In 2019, Fresty Alice Pinto proceeded to the University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology, which they completed in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Fresty Alice Pinto has also acquired several certifications. Fresty Alice obtained the "Recruiting Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in August 2022, followed by certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" in July 2022, also from LinkedIn.
