About you

As a Product Delivery Manager within the Product Team, you will work with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Testers to facilitate the effective and timely delivery of these software products. 

The CloudSense Product Team is responsible for delivering and supporting the software components that comprise our industry-leading commerce and subscriber management platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Management to agree and articulate planned deliverables for each sprint
  • Coordinate all product-level design, development, and test activities to maintain a regular and predictable release cadence
  • Facilitate regular product stand-ups, set priorities, and work to resolve impediments to progress
  • Organize and facilitate key elements of the sprint delivery process, e.g. planning meetings, retrospectives, and show & tell sessions
  • Support our delivery teams by working with them to first understand and then minimize or eliminate key challenges and impediments to progress
  • Ensure delivery and support processes are adhered to and relevant systems kept up-to-date
  • Ensure the Head of Product Delivery and Head of Product management are apprised of status by participating in weekly checkpoint meetings and providing updates as required
  • Operate the product level support process, engaging with CloudSense and  customer teams to understand the impact and priority of incoming support requests, determine the optimal path to resolution, and manage to closure
  • Lead initiatives to improve current processes

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential

  • 4+ years of software or project delivery experience in a technical or managerial role

  • Experience working in an agile software delivery environment, and an understanding of agile delivery principles

  • Experience managing and/or coordinating the activities of a cross-functional software delivery team

  • Strong stakeholder management and communications skills

  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical problems and confidence to probe proposed solutions to such problems for gaps, edge cases and compliance with standards and requirements

  • Proven ability to make decisions relating to task priorities

  • Proven ability to recognize and articulate potential impediments to success, i.e. issues & risks
