Cristy Joy Galang-Cedric has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 where they worked as a Customer Support Advisor at iQor Phils, Inc. Their role involved managing account receivables, making outbound and inbound calls, and negotiating debt repayment.
In 2012, they joined Cloudstaff as a UK Receptionist, where they monitored inboxes, forwarded emails, generated vCards, and managed reception calls. Over the years, they held various executive assistant roles, supporting high-level executives such as the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Sales, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer. Their responsibilities involved providing administrative support, managing sales support activities, and assisting in the daily operations of the business.
Simultaneously, starting in 2014, Cristy also pursued their passion for ministry work at New Life in CHRIST Ministry. Cristy Joy served as a Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and currently as a Young Pro Leader.
