Jielynn Diroy

Jielynn Diroy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the software development and project management fields. Jielynn currently works at Cloudstaff as a Scrum Master and Squad Lead. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager (Success Pilot) in the software development department at the same company.

Before joining Cloudstaff, Jielynn worked as a Team Manager at iSellBeer.

Jielynn'sprevious experience includes working at Senti AI as an Engineering Manager and later as a Project Manager, where they received the Project Manager of the Year award in 2021. Jielynn led successful AI/ML and web project implementations, developed plans and allocated resources to meet project goals, and applied policies and procedures for optimal performance.

Jielynn also has experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at 98Labs Inc., a Software Developer at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, and various roles at Pointwest, including Engagement Manager/Business Analyst, Java Software Engineer, Lead Java Developer, and Java Software Engineer.

Jielynn began their career as a Data Entry Officer at Senti AI and an intern at eScience, where they held the role of Quality Assurance Intern and developed automation tools for QA engineers.

Jielynn Diroy, PSM™, holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from The Knowledge Academy, and AWS Partner accreditations from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Jielynn has also completed courses on coaching employees, agile methodologies, project management, and inbound marketing from LinkedIn and HubSpot Academy.
