Jimmy Steinmetz

Jimmy Steinmetz has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to data analytics and business psychology consulting. Jimmy is currently employed at CloudWerx as the Data/Analytics Team Lead and Senior Cloud Architect. Prior to this, they co-founded Crossroads CX as Chief Analytics Officer. Jimmy also worked at InterWorks as Northeast Region Lead, Solutions Lead, and Analytics Consultant, where they assisted clients in producing valuable insights from data. Before that, they worked at PHD as a Research Analyst and Insight Research Assistant, where they used various tools to analyze large datasets and detect actionable insights for clients. In 2012, they worked as a Business Psychology Consultant, where they researched the effect of CEO's attractiveness and assisted in data collection for mental ability tests.

Jimmy Steinmetz obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012. Jimmy then pursued their Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational and Business Psychology from UCL from 2012 to 2013. Jimmy also obtained two additional certifications; in August 2019, they became SnowPro Core Certified from Snowflake, and in May 2023, they became a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google.
