Lester Tipay

Lester Tipay is an experienced Senior Document Controller with a career spanning over two decades in document management and control. Currently, Lester Tipay serves in the same capacity at Clough since February 2022, previously holding senior positions at Casey Industrial and returning to Clough after earlier stints. Other notable roles include document control positions at Black & Veatch, OfficeTeam, and multiple tenures at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.,Ltd. Lester Tipay possesses a robust educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, graduating Cum Laude, and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, earned with Honors, both from Immaculada Concepcion Colleges.
