Tanya Scott-Pilcher

Tanya Scott-Pilcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and nonprofit sectors. As a General Partner at GET Skills Insurance Training since January 2003, Tanya has led pre-licensing and training initiatives for insurance agents, including Medicare sales training. In their role as Georgia Sales Manager at Clover Health since July 2018, Tanya focuses on coaching brokers and enhancing insurance sales. Additionally, Tanya serves as Co Chair of Ready Set Go Back to School, LLC, striving to provide essential school supplies to underprivileged students. With a background as Agent Manager at UnitedHealth Group, Tanya successfully trained and managed a high-performing sales team, and previously held the position of Director of Marketing/Development at Greenbriar Children's Center. Tanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fort Valley State University and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.
