Job description

Must Have: • Strong background in business development, ideally in game engines or games/app publishing, metaverse or virtual worlds. • An ability to forge, grow and maintain strong strategic relationships. • An acute attention to detail with fantastic project management abilities. • Someone that thinks strategically but is also able to dig in and get stuff done. • A great communicator and presenter to both external audiences and internal management team. • A good commercial sense with the ability to negotiate business terms and agreements. • Up to date on social virtual worlds and metaverse trends, as well as knowledge on web3 and blockchain tech. • Excellent organization skills.

You Will: • Build a strong network of game developers and construct programs and initiatives to onboard them into CLV’s ecosystem. • Actively build new networks and partnerships for future business. • Actively communicate with tech teams & product teams to understand the value of products. • Collaborate with multiple teams (marketing, product, content and community) to build platform offerings that can convince potential partners to work together with CLV. • Lead kick off meetings to onboard potential partners. • Identify and analyse new opportunities and verticals for potential partners aligned with compay goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve those goals. • Set up sales strategies, prepare materials and develop proposals.
