Tyana Owings is the current Director of People at Cloverleaf. Tyana has previous experience as the Director of Client Training Programs (Employment & Benefits) at Welcome House of Northern Kentucky and as the Leadership Development Manager at Visionworks of America.
At Welcome House of Northern Kentucky, Tyana designed and developed a four-week training program for clients, which was implemented to hundreds of clients in four facilities. Tyana also conducted train-the-trainer sessions with team members to expand facilitators and offerings. Thanks to their efforts, the training evaluation methods showed a 40-50% increase in learning transfer. Additionally, Tyana successfully managed a multi-organization collaborative grant program.
As the Leadership Development Manager at Visionworks of America, Tyana was responsible for leading course and curriculum project design and development for two leadership programs that impacted 700+ leaders. Tyana conducted a full needs assessment via survey, focus groups with over 50 leaders, and research of best-practices for the industry and learners. Tyana also mobilized a cross-functional project team of 15 stakeholders for input, design, and feedback across the project timeline to ensure relevance and applicability. Furthermore, they collaborated in the implementation of a talent review process for succession planning and HiPo employees for 1000+ leaders. Lastly, Tyana facilitated training sessions on topics such as team building, communication, and valuing differences via personality assessments. Tyana also led course development for courses such as "Role of a Leader",
Tyana Owings reports to Darrin Murriner, Co-Founder and CEO. They work with Mindy Aufderheide - Director of Customer Success, Joanna Harvey - Marketing Director, and Scott Dust - Chief Research Officer.
