Paul Kasay has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012. Paul started as a Copy-Editor Intern for The Georgia Review Literary Magazine, then became an Editorial Intern and Office Assistant for The Georgia Review, followed by a Program Recruiter and Office Assistant for the Office of International Education - UGA at Oxford. In the same year, they also took on the role of Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia. In 2013, they worked as an Academic Tutor for the University of Georgia Athletic Association, a Service Writer and Specialist for PeachMac, and a BrewHouse IT and Media Manager for Brew by Numbers. In 2014, they were a Master's Student and Research Intern at King's College London, where they volunteered on a coding initiative and reported on the status of the project. In 2016, they became a Technical Consultant and Data Scientist at Terminus: Account-Based Marketing. Finally, in 2021, they began their current role as a Software Engineer at Cloverly.

Paul Kasay obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Spanish from The University of Georgia in 2012. Paul also received a Writing Certificate from the same institution that same year. In 2011, they attended the University of Oxford to study English Language and Literature, General. In 2010, they attended Universidad del Pacífico (PE). In 2008, they graduated from Clarke Central High School. In 2014, they completed their Masters of Arts in Digital Humanities from King's College London, with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
