Rebecca Burd's work experience begins in 2018 when they joined Johnson Controls Security Services as a National Account Manager. Rebecca quickly climbed the ranks, being promoted from Junior NAM to NAM in just 9 months. In this role, they effectively managed relationships between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction from the initial presentation through the implementation and ongoing maintenance of security systems. Rebecca also excelled at managing cross-functional teams across departments to provide customized client solutions and timely service.

Later in 2018, Rebecca started working at their own company, Burd Business Services, where they took on the role of Digital Business Manager. In this position, they focused on systems and operations management, creating SOPs and P&P manuals for clients' businesses. Rebecca also set up and managed project and team management tools to increase productivity and organization. Additionally, they implemented and owned full-cycle hiring processes.

Most recently, in 2022, Rebecca joined Clovyr as the Chief of Staff. In this role, they report directly to the CEO and is responsible for preparing two products for launch and assisting in scaling the company. Rebecca organizes, prioritizes, and executes strategic and special projects, continuously building herself out of a job to take on the next project.
