Ajoy Lahiri

Ajoy Lahiri has extensive work experience in the field of database management and IT engineering. Ajoy started their career in 2000 at IBM Global Service Delivery as an AIX System Admin, where they were responsible for installing and configuring IBM pseries and RS/6000 SP servers, as well as managing user security and authentication. In 2002, they transitioned to IBM as a DB2 LUW UDB ADMIN, working on various projects for IBM's internal and external accounts. Their responsibilities included managing DB2 UDB databases on UNIX and Windows platforms, configuring partitioned environments, and ensuring remote system connectivity. In 2013, they joined CLS Group as a DB2 SME, Database High Availability SME, and PostgreSQL SME. Ajoy then became a Senior IT Engineer Lead in 2022, demonstrating their leadership abilities. Throughout their career, Ajoy has exhibited expertise in DB2 and PostgreSQL databases, high availability solutions, and IT engineering.

Ajoy Lahiri attended The University of Burdwan from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, Ajoy has obtained several certifications including DB2 9.7 for LUW from IBM in September 2013, Introduction to Data Science from Coursera in July 2013 and June 2013, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon in May 2019.
