Alicia Krebs

Alicia Krebs is the current Head of Public Policy at CLS Group. Alicia has been in this role since June 2017 and has been with CLS Group for a total of 4 years. Prior to their current position, they were a Principal at Promontory Financial Group from October 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they advised domestic and international banks, clearing houses (CCPs), index providers, and other market participants. Alicia was also the Secretariat for the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), chaired by Michael Bloomberg. In this role, they published a climate risk disclosure framework to inform investment, credit, and insurance underwriting decisions by financial market participants.

Before their time at Promontory Financial Group, Krebs was a Financial Services Analyst - Financial Market Infrastructure Oversight at the Federal Reserve Board from January 2014 to December 2014. In this role, they were a key member of the team advising the industry-led working group, the Working Group on US Renminbi (RMB) Trading and Clearing. Alicia developed recommendations to expand the trading, clearing, and settlement of the RMB in the United States.

Krebs started their career as an International Economist at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from December 2014 to October 2015. In this role, they advised the U.S. government on economic policy issues related to foreign countries. Alicia also worked on economic sanctions and advised on the impact of economic policies on

Alicia Krebs has a Masters in Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Alicia also has a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and Government & Law from Lafayette College.

Alicia Krebs reports to Marc Bayle De Jessé, CEO. They work with Thomas Barkhuff - Chief Information Officer, Duncan Barnard - Chief Internal Auditor, and Masami Johnstone - Head of Information Services.
