Hugo Biague has had extensive work experience in the IT field. Hugo started their career as a Deskside Support Technician at CLS Group in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at L'Oréal as a Service Desk Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Before joining L'Oréal, Hugo was employed at Burberry, where they held various roles such as Incident Coordinator and IT Analyst. During their time at Burberry, they provided technical support, managed incidents and requests, logged and assigned calls, resolved technical issues, created user accounts, provided remote support, and supported various systems and devices. Hugo also gained work experience at Access and Loc as an intern in 2009.

From 2012 to 2016, Hugo Biague attended the University of Westminster, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business.
