Project Manager at Club Assist – North America

Renee Hovland has extensive work experience in project and program management. Renee started their career at Sprint in 2000, where they worked as a Program Manager IV, managing a team of project managers responsible for IT equipment installation. Renee successfully adapted to the challenging corporate environment during a period of organizational transition.

In 2006, Renee continued their career at Sprint, taking on the role of Project/Program Manager II. Their responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure projects, coordinating the implementation of new hardware, and overseeing technology refreshes in retail stores. Renee held this position until 2010 when they were promoted to Technical Project/Program Manager III.

In 2018, Renee joined Club Assist – North America as a Project Manager. Renee provided comprehensive management for various business unit sponsored projects, ensuring adherence to PMO standards. Their role involved collaborating with business sponsors to assess business cases, develop project scope, plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives. Renee also monitored risks and implemented mitigation strategies to protect the organization and project outcomes.
