Nickie Basilone

Nickie Basilone's work experience includes various roles in human resources and people management. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Management Trainee at Cintas, where they gained experience in sales, service management, and customer service. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP. They then joined Louis Vuitton as a Compensation Benefits Specialist, responsible for compensation packages, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. In 2017, they became a Human Resources Manager at NewBay Media, where they handled talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. They moved to CLEAR (clearme.com) in 2018 as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2019, they joined David Yurman as the Global Director of People & Culture (Retail), where they focused on HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and performance evaluation. Most recently, they are working at Club Sports Group as the Head of People.

Nickie Basilone has a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida. Nickie also obtained a Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper in 2019 and an OSHA 10 hour certification from OSHA-Safety-Training.com.
