Mirko Gonzales Anampa

Mirko Gonzales Anampa is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of business administration and sports management. Currently serving as a Professor of MBA at Universidad Privada del Norte and Professor of Sports Administration and Business at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, Mirko has held various significant roles, including Head of Scouting and Recruitment at Club Universitario de Deportes and Founder and CEO of Scouting Peru. With extensive experience in scouting and talent identification, Mirko previously coordinated talent identification guidelines at the Instituto Peruano del Deporte. Mirko's educational background includes multiple diplomas and a master’s degree in International Business, along with specialized training in football management from the Federación Peruana de Fútbol.
