Sean Dicicco

Sean DiCicco has a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Sean most recently worked as the Corporate Vice President of Food and Beverage at ClubCorp since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Food at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from May 2016 to March 2019. Sean also held the positions of Vice President of Food and Beverage at Mandalay Bay from April 2011 to May 2016, and Executive Chef at Mandalay Bay from August 2005 to March 2011. Before their time at Mandalay Bay, they worked as an Executive Chef at The Venetian from December 2000 to August 2005.
