Benita Williams

Benita Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and technical support, currently serving as the Client Services Manager at Clubessential since August 2023. Previously, Benita held multiple roles at Clubessential, including Support Supervisor, Team Lead, and Information Technology Analyst, where responsibilities included providing IT support and troubleshooting for software and hardware, training team members, and creating instructional documentation. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at Holley by the Sea Improvement Association Inc., managing systems and providing user training. Benita holds a Master of Education in Technology Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida, complemented by an Associate of Science degree.
