Dr. Lynae Brayboy is the current Chief Medical Officer at Clue by Biowink. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Professor at Women and Infants Hospital from 2014-2020, a College of Life Sciences Fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg Berlin from September 2019-January 2020, and a Frontiers in Reproduction Fellow at the Marine Biological Laboratory from April-June 2013. Dr. Brayboy has also been involved with the Global Consortium for Reproductive Longevity and Equity and was a Rhode Island Innovator Fellowship Finalist in 2012-2013. Lynae completed their residency at Abington Memorial Hospital from 2007-2011.

Anna Burek is the current Head of Customer Support at [Clue](/org/clue). Anna has previous experience working as the Head of Customer Experience at Polska Akademia Nauk and [Piavita](/org/piavita). Anna is responsible for coaching and supporting the team, as well as setting up the KPI and budgeting for the customer oriented approach.

Anna Burek has a master's degree in Polish Philology/Communication from the University of Wroclaw, a master's degree in Sociology/Journalism from the University of Ljubljana, advanced training in Communication Design from the University of Warsaw, and advanced training in Marketing Strategies in Business Operations from Karriere Tutor. Anna also has training in Crisis Management in Teamwork from Progress Project. Anna is currently pursuing their PhD in Polish Philology/Sociolinguistics at the University of Ostrava and their postgraduate studies in Pedagogics at WSB Schools of Banking in Poland. Carrie Walter is a Co-CEO at [Clue](/org/clue), a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to their current role, they were a Principal Associate at [Freshfields](/org/freshfields-bruckhaus-deringer-llp) Bruckhaus Deringer from August 2015 to June 2019, where they advised on environmental and regulatory risks, crisis situations and compliance. Carrie began their career as a Trainee at [Freshfields](/org/freshfields-bruckhaus-deringer-llp) Bruckhaus Deringer in February 2007, before becoming an Associate in September 2011. In October 2011, they left [Freshfields](/org/freshfields-bruckhaus-deringer-llp) to join Bond Dickinson LLP as a Managing Associate, where they worked in planning and environmental law until June 2015.

Christian has also traveled around the world, exploring different cultures and lifestyles.

Esther Bahne has over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and business development. Esther is currently an executive consultant and interim CMO at [Clue](/org/clue), a biotechnology company. Esther has also served as the CMO and CSO of Rock Tech Lithium Inc., a clean tech company.

Esther has a proven track record in helping companies grow and succeed. Esther has a deep understanding of the market and knows how to position companies for success. Esther is a strategic thinker and can develop and execute marketing plans that deliver results.

Hans Jakob Raffauf is a German entrepreneur and the co-founder of the startup [Clue](/org/clue). Hans has also worked as a venture partner at hubraum, head of communications at Changers GmbH, and Berlin ambassador at Sandbox Network. Raffauf has a long history of working in startups and has been instrumental in the growth of the Berlin startup scene.

Audrey Tsang is the Co-CEO at [Clue](/org/clue). Audrey has over fifteen years of experience in product management and has held leadership positions at some of the world's top tech companies including [Pinterest](/org/pinterest), HotelTonight, and [Yelp](/org/yelp)!. Audrey is also a co-founder of Waddle, a mobile app that was acquired by [Yelp](/org/yelp) in 2013. Prior to their work in the tech industry, Audrey was a counselor at Sally Ride Science, where they worked with middle school girls to get them interested in STEM fields.

Greg Ryzhov has over fifteen years of experience in the technology industry. Greg is currently the Chief Technology Officer at [Clue](/org/clue), a position they have held since 2020. Prior to joining [Clue](/org/clue), Ryzhov served as the Chief Technology Officer at Urban Sports GmbH from 2016 to 2020 and at Somuchmore GmbH from 2015 to 2016.

At Urban Sports GmbH, Ryzhov led the technology team and was responsible for scaling the company's tech, product, and BI teams. Greg also oversaw the transformation of the company's legacy tech platform, infrastructure, and mobile apps. Under their leadership, Urban Sports GmbH became the 7th fastest growing tech company in Germany in 2019.

At Somuchmore GmbH, Ryzhov was responsible for running the company's Tech, Product, and BI teams. Greg successfully built an agile tech and product team that pushed the quality of the product up by introducing SCRUM methodology, QA automation, CI tools, and end-to-end system monitoring. Greg also reconciled and fixed all customer-facing issues and data inconsistencies caused by the initial migration of the platform. In addition, Ryzhov re-launched the company's mobile apps to include personalisation, full native registration, leaner user experience, and high performance.

Ryzhov has a proven track record of successful technology leadership and is widely respected in the industry. Greg has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of several companies and has helped to shape the direction of many products. Greg is a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

Anna-Lena Bar is the current General Counsel at [Clue](/org/clue). Prior to this, they served as Senior Legal Counsel and Attorney at Law at ArcelorMittal Germany from September 2017 to October 2021. Bar also worked as Legal Counsel & Attorney at Law at GPG/WINGAS from December 2015 to September 2017, with a focus on energy law (mainly renewable energies). From January 2013 to December 2015, they worked as an attorney at law at Becker Büttner Held, again with a focus on energy law (mainly renewable energies). In March 2012 to June 2012, they completed a legal traineeship at [OECD](/org/oecd) in Paris with the German Permanent Mission to the [OECD](/org/oecd), mainly in the Energy and Trade Committee and the International Energy Agency (IEA). Anna-Lena has also worked as a research assistant at Schellenberg Unternehmeranwälte from October 2010 to July 2011.

Anna-Lena then completed their legal training with the second state examination at the Kammergericht Berlin. Marcia Arff is the Head of Experience Design at [Clue](/org/clue). Marcia has over twelve years of experience in design, art direction, and web design. 

Arff began their career as a Graphic Design Manager at Juniqe in January 2014. Marcia then became the Production Design Manager at Fab.com in October 2012, where they worked for over a year. In November 2013, Arff transitioned to [Wayfair](/org/wayfair) as their Senior Product Design Manager. Marcia stayed with the company for three years until they moved to Polaroid Originals in September 2017 to work as their Senior UX Designer. Arff left Polaroid Originals in September 2018 to join [Clue](/org/clue) as their Head of Experience Design.
