Ashley Roller (Murphy)

Ashley Roller (Murphy) has a long history of working in Human Resources roles. Ashley began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Analyst at McAfee, where they developed an implementation plan for key change management communication goals, built training materials and SOPs for a Contingent Workforce strategy, and designed and reconstructed an internal HR toolkit. In 2013, they moved to PernixData as a Human Resources Manager, providing end-to-end operational and strategic HR support to the entire company, developing and delivering effective and efficient HR business processes, and leading HR initiatives for the acquisition by Nutanix. In 2016, they joined Nutanix as a Human Resources Business Partner, consulting and engaging with Senior Leadership to identify and respond to changing needs of the business. In 2017, they became the Director of Human Resources at Hedvig Inc., and in 2019, they assumed the same role at Clumio.

Ashley Roller (Murphy) obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from San Jose State University. In June 2016, they earned a SHRM - Certified Professional certification from SHRM.
