Robby Colvin

Robby Colvin has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Robby began their career in 2008 as a Principal at Fiveby, where they developed web, mobile, and software applications using agile methodologies. In 2009, they became a Web Developer at Off Madison Ave, where they were responsible for web application architecture, programming, and deployment. In 2010, they moved to Integrum Technologies LLC as a Software Developer, where they worked with product owners to plan, manage, architect, and develop their applications. In 2011, they became a Software Developer at Pagoda Box, developing applications for users to interface with a cloud PaaS. In 2012, they joined kiip as a Software/Operations Engineer, managing all server operations. That same year, they also became a Senior Software Engineer at Mightybell, where they were responsible for full-stack development of a social and collaborative application. In 2014, they joined Coupons.com as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they were the first hire and defined and fostered processes around delivery, deployment, reliability, and scalability. In 2018, they became a Site Reliability Engineer at Instructure, where they were embedded with a feature team to advise, mentor, and support infrastructure operations. Robby then moved to Get Bridge as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they collaborated with SREs to create and manage a new platform powered by Kubernetes, Vault, Datadog, and Istio. Robby is currently a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Clumio, where they began in 2022.

Robby Colvin attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008, studying Information Technology. Robby also attended Arizona Western College from 2000 to 2001, studying General Studies.
