Paola Garcia

Paola Garcia has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Paola began their career as a JEP Reader at the University of Southern California, where they tutored and planned after school lessons for a class of 20 students. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Coordinator at California Medical Business Services. Three years later, they joined Behavior Frontiers as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Recruiting and Talent Success Manager at Cluster.

Paola Garcia attended the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In 2013, they also attended the University of Deusto for Spanish Language and Literature.
