Caeli Holcombe Phrca

Caeli Holcombe, PHRca, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caeli'smost recent position was as the Director of People Operations at Clutch, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HR Manager at the Sacramento SPCA from July 2019 until August 2022, where they focused on creating initiatives to support workplace inclusivity and acceptance. Before that, they worked as the Regional Marketing and Events Manager at Firestone Walker Brewing Company and as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at California ISO. Caeli also gained experience in human resources through their roles at Associated Students, Inc.-Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Laurel Fowler Insurance. Additionally, they had internships in strategic planning/marketing at Intel and as a sourcing specialist at Aerotek.

Caeli Holcombe, PHRca, holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Caeli has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from HRCI in September 2020.
