Jim Schwarz

Jim Schwarz has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1983. Jim began their career with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Fireman in 1983. Jim then moved to NEECO, JWP Information Systems in 1989, where they worked as a Configuration Technician and Service Technician. In 1991, they became an Operations Manager at Inacomp Computer Center. Jim then moved to Intelligent Electronics in 1992, where they held the same role. In 1993, they were a Product Manager at Kelly Micro Systems. Jim then moved to Admor Memory in 1996, where they were a Technical Support Manager. In 1999, they were a Technical Services Manager and Sr. Product Manager at SMART Modular Technologies. In 2014, they became a Sr. Enterprise Client Support Specialist at PCM Sales, Inc., where they worked closely with Account Executives to ensure that systems were set up properly to meet the customer's needs. In 2019, they joined Insight, where they held the role of Enterprise IT Sales and Support (Acquired PCM Sales, Inc.). Currently, they are a Client Solutions Representative at Clutch Solutions, a position they have held since 2022.

Jim Schwarz received an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT between 1986 and 1989.
