Janet Bannister is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with significant experience in the tech sector. Currently, Janet Bannister serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Staircase Ventures, focusing on seed-stage investments in Canada's high-potential tech companies. In addition to this role, Janet holds multiple board positions with organizations such as Fillip, Biossil, Rhenti, and Sibli, which span digital payments, AI drug discovery, marketing automation, and advanced asset management tools. Previously, Janet was Managing Partner at Real Ventures, where efforts were concentrated on supporting early-stage founders and their innovative technology ventures.
