Christopher Griffenkranz

Christopher Griffenkranz is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Clutter. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Operations at Chewy from December 2017 to July 2019. Christopher was responsible for multiple fulfillment centers nationwide along with Chewy's Pharmacy fulfillment. Christopher had the opportunity to launch Chewy's first fulfillment center in Florida and grow the online pharmacy business.

Before Chewy, Griffenkranz worked at Amazon from June 2010 to December 2017. Christopher started as an Assistant General Manager responsible for Outbound Operation on nightshift through peak 2010 and managed 100-300 hourly associates through peak operation. After peak, their role expanded to being responsible for full building operations at night through May 2011 when they were promoted to Operations Manager.

Griffenkranz is a Captain in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and has been since October 2003.

Christopher Griffenkranz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Temple University.

Christopher Griffenkranz reports to Ari Mir, Co-founder & CEO. Christopher Griffenkranz works with Rick Ton - Vice President, Head of Marketing, Brian Thomas - Co-founder & CPO, and James Solier - Chief Growth Officer.
