Lisa B. currently serves as the Head of Strategy, Governance and Reporting for Economic Crime at Virgin Money since December 2023. Additionally, Lisa holds the position of Board Trustee and Treasurer at PoTS UK, overseeing the charity's operations and finances focused on supporting those affected by Postural Tachycardia Syndrome. Previously, Lisa was a Senior Manager at Thistle Initiatives and undertook a sabbatical for study and volunteer work from January 2021 to October 2022. Lisa spent over six years at HSBC, where various roles included Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff for Financial Crime Threat Mitigation in the UK and Europe, leading initiatives to manage financial crime risks.
