Fabienne Huygens

Fabienne Huygens has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Fabienne started working at Mannesman Kienzle GmbH in 1987 as an assistant manager for the Middle East region. In 1988, they joined Lexitech as a productresponsponsible and later joined Lintas: Brussels as a junior account executive in 1989.

Fabienne then transitioned to the Vlaamse Media Maatschappij NV in 1991, taking on roles such as traffic executive and prize coordinator. Fabienne continued in various positions within the company, including coördinator of VTM-club, where they organized promotional actions for club members and managed a database to attract new members. Fabienne also worked as a directie-assistente for JIM & Q-music and as a promotion and communication executive for vtm.

In 2006, Fabienne joined MEDIALAAN as a product manager for interactive entertainment and consumer funded programs. Fabienne held this role for almost ten years and was responsible for managing product developments and strategies.

In 2016, Fabienne became the zaakvoerder at FAB51, where they focused on project management in a creative environment with a passion for cooking. Fabienne also worked as a teacher at Colruyt Academy during this time.

Fabienne's most recent work experience is with CM.com, where they started in 2017 as a product owner PSMS. Fabienne is currently working as a project manager. Fabienne is also a member of the board at Stichting gedragscode Mobiele Diensten, an organization aiming to regulate the mobile services market in the Netherlands.

Fabienne Huygens has a diverse education history. From 1985 to 1987, they attended Hoger Instituut Karel Buls/Funck, where they pursued a degree in secretatiaat/marketing, earning an A1 qualification. In 2012 to 2014, they enrolled in CVO Elishout, completing a degree in Hulpkok, focusing on food preparation, professional cooking, and kitchen assistance.

Fabienne also pursued additional education in marketing and advertising. In 1988 to 1989, they attended Willemsfonds for evening classes specifically in marketing and advertising. Fabienne further expanded their language skills by taking evening courses in Italian at Willemsfonds from 1986 to 1987 and in German from 1985 to 1987.

In terms of formal education, Fabienne studied Engels-Grieks (English-Greek) at Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 1983 to 1985. Additionally, they are currently studying Modern Grieks (Modern Greek) at CVO, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022.
