Maxim Rodzich

Maxim Rodzich has extensive work experience in various roles within the business analysis and banking field. Maxim started their career at JSC BPS-Bank in 2003 as a Bank Cards Specialist and also worked as an Interpreter, responsible for translating business contracts, correspondence, and project documentation in English, German, and Russian. In 2010, he joined JSC Paritetbank as Head of the Card Product Department and later became the Card Centre Manager. In 2013, he worked as a Subject Matter Expert at SoftClub before joining ScienceSoft in 2014 as a Business Analyst. Since 2017, Maxim has been working as a Senior Business Analyst at EIS Ltd.

Maxim pursued his education at the Belarusian State Economic University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Maxim further enhanced his knowledge and skills by attending The London Institute of Banking & Finance from 2006 to 2008, where he completed a Certificate in Bank Card Management.
