Johanna Ruiz Bejarano

Johanna Ruiz Bejarano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Johanna is currently working as a Project Manager for International Expansion at CM.com. Prior to this, they served as the People Operations and Processes Manager at BESTSELLER. Johanna also pursued an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, where they gained valuable skills in critical-thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication.

Before their MBA, Johanna worked at the ZURU Toy Company as the Global Human Resources Manager and as a Project Manager for Business Process Management. Johanna also served as a Key Account Sales Executive at PayU Latam and as a Logistics Manager at Strategos Enterprise Limited. Johanna began their career as a Project Professional at CINTEL - Telecommunication Research Center.

Johanna Ruiz Bejarano began their education in 2003 at the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. Johanna completed their studies in 2008. In 2011, they attended Jinan University to further their knowledge in Chinese Studies, completing their studies in 2012. Currently, Johanna is enrolled as an MBA Candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The duration of their studies in this program is from 2020 to 2021.
