Shai Samoedj

Shai Samoedj has a diverse work experience. From September 2017 to June 2020, they worked as an Operations Support Agent at FedEx. In this role, they provided operational and administrative support. Starting in June 2020 and until October 2022, Shai joined ROBINHQ.COM (part of CM.com) as a Product Adaptation Specialist. At ROBIN, they specialized in eCommerce customer service and played a role in improving customer experience. Currently, since October 2022, Shai is working as a Product Owner at CM.com, where they take ownership of product development and management.

Shai Samoedj completed the CM.com Talent Development Program from INSEAD in 2022, which was an executive education program. Prior to that, between 2016 and 2019, Shai attended Astrum College where they pursued studies in application and media development. In addition, Shai obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in April 2022.
