Nonhlanhla Shongwe

Nonhlanhla Shongwe is an experienced professional in dispute resolution, currently serving as a Commissioner at CMAC since June 2010, where responsibilities include performing dispute resolution and prevention functions such as conciliation, mediation, verification, balloting, and arbitration proceedings, as well as providing training in related skills and procedures. Prior to this role, Nonhlanhla Shongwe worked as a Professional Assistant at Waring Simelane Attorneys from August 2008 to May 2010 and as an Articled Clerk at Nzima and Associates from 2007 to July 2008. Nonhlanhla Shongwe holds an LLB degree in Law from the University of Swaziland, completed between 2000 and 2007.
