Sarah Wood, SHRM-CP, has worked in various roles throughout their career. Sarah is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at CM&B, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Manager at CM&B from July 2022. From February 2021 to July 2022, they worked as the Manager of Talent Strategy & People.Building at CM&B. Before joining CM&B, Sarah worked as an HR Coordinator at SumCo Eco-Contracting from May 2016 to February 2021. Sarah also has experience as a Patient Access Representative at North Shore Medical Center from July 2012 to September 2019 and as a Program Educator at the New England Aquarium from June 2006 to December 2012.

Sarah Wood, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Gordon College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In February 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
