Lavale Silcox

Lavale Silcox is an experienced construction manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Superintendent at CMC Design Build, Inc. since September 2022, Lavale has held significant roles including Senior Superintendent at Graycor from March 2020 to October 2022, and at Primus Builders, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2020. Previous experience includes Site Manager positions at DEI Incorporated and COVENANT STEEL, where Lavale managed projects at military facilities and major commercial developments.
