Jean-Francois Desroches

Jean-Francois DesRoches has held various roles in the aerospace and transportation industries. Jean-Francois is currently the Vice President of Operations at CMC Electronics since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director at Alstom from 2021 to 2023 and at Bombardier Transport from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they had a significant tenure at Bombardier, serving as Director of Procurement from 2017 to 2019, Program Director for Bombardier Specialized Aircraft from 2014 to 2016, Production Director for CSeries from 2014 to 2014, and Program Director for CSeries Fuselage Development from 2011 to 2013. Jean-Francois also served as the Director of Operations at Aero Inventory from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Unit Director and Programs Director at Sanmina-SCI from 2004 to 2008, and as a Program Manager & Vendor Management at Lockheed Martin from 1992 to 2004.

Jean-Francois DesRoches holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Université Laval, which they obtained from 1987 to 1990. Jean-Francois then pursued a Diploma in Management from McGill University from 1990 to 1992. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Portsmouth between 2000 and 2003.
