Theresa L. Masek, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at CMC since February 2020, following the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to CMC, Theresa worked at HumanKind HR as an Executive Search & HR Consultant from March 2019 to January 2020. Theresa's extensive experience includes nearly a decade at Dean Foods, where responsibilities included Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Miami University and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, completed between 2018 and 2020.
