Laila M. Ohlund

Laila M. Ohlund currently serves in Market Regulation at CME Group, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Laila was involved in Operations at Arch from September 2024 to March 2025 and gained experience as a Graduate Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago during the summer of 2023. Laila’s earlier experience includes working in Advisory at KPMG US from January 2021 to August 2022, serving as a Local Government Advisor with the Peace Corps from August 2019 to March 2020 (evacuated due to Covid-19), interning in Economic and Business Affairs at the U.S. Department of State in late 2018, and completing a Legislative Internship at the U.S. House of Representatives in early 2017. Laila M. Ohlund holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago (2022-2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
