Rich Miller

Rich Miller is a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in desktop engineering and systems support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at CME Group, Rich specializes in end-user-focused solutions, leveraging expertise in InstallShield's Admin Studio Suite, Visual Basic, and PowerShell scripting. Previous roles include Desktop Services Level III at Emdeon and various engineering positions at CME Group and Accenture, where Rich excelled in software deployment, troubleshooting, and creating software management infrastructures.
