Courtney Thompson is a seasoned executive in the mortgage industry, currently serving as EVP of Servicing at CMG Financial since June 2023. As the founder of Consigliera, established in May 2021, Courtney focuses on people, process, and technology transformation while emphasizing the human experience in the mortgage space. Previous roles include EVP and Chief Product Officer at Sagent and SVP of Servicing at Flagstar Bank. Courtney's extensive experience also encompasses litigation and regulatory counsel at Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, PC, specializing in real estate and financial services compliance. Courtney holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and a BA, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University.
